Creamy Green Beans

Creamy Green Beans

Creamy Green Beans is a lip smacking, delicious side dish to serve with just about any main meal – with onion and mushrooms this is a quick dish to make.

Creamy Green Beans

We all have our favorite *and sometimes plain boring) side dishes. Usually I will make a bundle of Green Beans wrapped in bacon, but when I am lazy I will make these Creamy Green Beans as a side dish.

I like to serve colorful dinner plates, you know, something like these Green Beans with another side of Carrots, a starch, which is mostly white and then of course the meat. As the saying goes – we first eat with our eyes !

Creamy Green Beans

Green Beans, when cooked uncovered, also keep their bright green color although with the creamy mixture in this recipe we lose a bit of the stark green.
