Cauliflower Puffs
Cauliflower Puffs are delicious to serve as a side dish or snack and even the picky eaters loves Cauliflower made this way !

My son is, and always has been a very picky eater. Vegetables, mainly .. and if it is green! No way, he will not like it, never mind eat it, unless I come up with one heck of a twist.
This is how I got him to eat Cauliflower (since he was about 6 years old) – started making some Cauliflower Puffs!
Seems kids are much more partial to a puffy dish than most other ways which one try to get some vegetables in their systems.

I will go to the extra trouble when I am in the mood, mostly though,… eat what’s on your plate or have a slice of bread and butter.
Been my Mom’s motto and same with me !
Now that he is older, he suddenly prefers the Cauliflower (any way prepared) with HOMEMADE cheese sauce. Not store-bought or those little packets which you add water to.

I can actually go overboard with these puffs – I will gulp eat a few while making them!
We normally serve these Cauliflower Puffs as a side dish to our main dish. But lately the Puffs also makes a round every now and then onto one of our savory party platters !

These look so yummy. Could you cook them in an air fryer?
Hi Kim, I have never tried making them in the air fryer. The batter is quite soft, but you can always give one or two a try and let me know how it turns out ?
