Tzatziki Chicken Salad
Tzatziki Chicken Salad is an all time favorite, healthy, low-fat Chicken Salad made quickly and easily. Serve with the Lavash Crackers (recipe link included in post) or with wholewheat bread for a light, yet filling lunch or light dinner.
There is nothing better than a quick salad for lunch. I often made a bowl of salad the night before when I used to work full time.
And if there was a salad dressing which might have made the salad ingredients go soggy, I always included the dressing separately in a smaller *tiny really!) bowl. And stacked it on top of my salad until such time I was ready to have lunch.
This Tzatziki Chicken Salad is even better as everything gets mixed together and it stays good for a couple of days in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
I usually make this salad when we have had Chicken the night before as it is a great way to use any leftover Chicken.
You can of course also pick up a rotisserie chicken and use that instead ! Huge time saver, especially if you thought of making this Chicken salad at the last minute.
Served with the Lavash Crackers this is a perfect early light dinner for us. Not rich at all, but filling enough.

I never would have thought to use tzatziki in chicken salad. Great idea, Linda! Thank you for sharing.
Great idea. I love tzatziki and I love using greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise in many recipes. I don't know why I haven't thought of this but I'm glad you did. I will definitely try this soon. It would be delish in a pita.
What a great idea to use tzatziki in chicken salad instead of mayo. Love it! Stopping by from Happiness is Homemade, thanks for sharing!
This looks fantastic, Linda! I love chicken with tzatziki sauce but never thought to make it as a chicken salad. Such a good idea! -Amy
Yum – I love tzatziki! Great idea. I always add some feta in with my tzatziki though, so would probably add it to the chicken salad. Thanks for the recipe!
