I had seen these recipes, (or rather ideas?) for Banana Soft Serve floating around the internet for some time now.

And have finally decided to try it out myself and see whether it is really that creamy.

Mostly the ones I found, were the blending of the frozen Bananas only, but I took it a little further.

Oh, yes !  Whether you use only Banana or add a little Milk, it turns out exactly as creamy and tasty as most recipes promise.

This Banana Soft Serve has just the right texture and sweetness, which we all expect from a Soft Serve.

I started off by blitzing only a few pieces of frozen banana, tasted it, but neither the texture or the sweetness were to our taste.

Then I slowly added some milk and honey until the Banana Soft Serve actually tasted like a Soft Serve. And had the exact creaminess that you get from the ice-cream car’s Soft Serve.

Maybe I am the last in the queue to try this, but at least I have learned something new and, yep, the next batch of chopped up bananas are in the freezer.

I am sure one can add some other fruit as well (for a change of flavor). But I would not add too much as it might mess up the Soft Serve texture, which is really the heavenly bite we are all after.
