Caramel Apple Cheesecake Dip

Caramel Apple Cheesecake Dip ~ Winning combo & No-Bake ~ Caramel & Cheesecake - this dip is delicious and so quick to make #Dip #FruitDip

Cheesecake with a hint of Cinnamon, topped with Caramel Sauce and Fudge pieces !  Perfect Dip for sliced Apple.

It took me around 10 minutes to prepare and an hour or so of chilling. I did however use a ready-made Caramel Sauce, which made the whole thing much quicker.

If you want to make the Caramel Sauce from scratch, have a peek at the source, where Liz shares a caramel sauce recipe.

I absolutely loved the sourness of the Apples with the sweet dip - outstanding !

recipe yields about 6 servings {depending on your serving bowl/jar size}

250g Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup Caramel Sauce + extra to drizzle
1 TB Brown Sugar
1 t Cinnamon
Mini Fudge squares, chopped   {or Toffee bits}

  1. Mix the Cream Cheese, Caramel Sauce, Brown Sugar and Cinnamon until smooth.
  2. Scoop into small jars, bowls or one large serving bowl.
  3. Top with the chopped Fudge or Toffee pieces - drizzle with extra Caramel Sauce and chill for an hour or so.
Serve with fresh Apple slices !
