Crustless Ham Savory Bake

Lunch or light dinner ..?? This Crustless Ham Savory Bake is for you – it is actually very filling so do not let the “light dinner” confuse you. Add one or two sides, or salads and a roll and you are set

Crustless Ham Savory Bake

I know this recipe by heart, that many times I have made it over the years – but I am sure it was from one of my favorite foodie authors.

Nine out of ten times I would use leftover Ham from a previous meal, but I make this with thinly sliced, deli Ham as well. Now you know how to use up your leftover Easter Ham !

If there happens to be a slice or two left the next morning … it is delicious as a cold (or heat it up) breakfast treat.

Is it regular or cake flour that you use? One says flour and another says cake flour.
    Thank you,

    1. Kristine, it is regular flour (apologies, will change the cake flour now). In South-Africa we call regular, all-purpose flour, cake flour

300 grams translates to how many pounds (or ounces)? How big would a 20 X 30 cm pan be in inches? Thanks!
