Honey Garlic Sriracha Drumsticks
These Honey Garlic Sriracha Drumsticks are deliciously Hot-N-Spicy ! Sweet, salty and STICKY Drumsticks will have you hooked from the first bite

My family is huge on chicken, we will enjoy it cooked just about any way possible. And these Honey Garlic Sriracha Drumsticks are one of our top favorites.
Chicken has always been a favorite meat, very low on fat (skin excluded of course), so versatile in different recipes as well as cooking methods.
But I think the no-brainer is that chicken is one of the most economical meats available.

These Drumsticks are partially cooked first, then you start basting them with the amazing Honey-Garlic-Sriracha sauce.
I do not mind hanging around the oven or the barbecue, basting away during the second half of the cooking. The more sauce you brush over the chicken, the more flavorful.
And ever so sticky ! I just love the combination of the ingredients in the sauce. Sweet, salty and with an extra bite, thanks to the Sriracha Sauce.

A serving plate full of these delicious Drumsticks would not last long, not even if you are not that much into chicken, pinky promise.
Do however keep those serviettes/napkins handy, as this is a saucy, sticky business and best way to eat them ?
With your hands, of course ! Unless you serve these at an elegant dinner get together.
The sauce can also be used for dipping. However, be sure to make a double batch in that case, as one batch is just enough to coat the cooking chicken a few times.
And as I mentioned above, the more the better!

Bonsoir Linda! J'ai enfin fait ta recette un vrai délice! J'ai remplacé la sauce soja par du vinaigre balsamique mon fils a aimé (ce qui est rare), nous avions les doigts tout collants. Merci et à bientôt.
I am glad you enjoyed the recipe, Angelique ! Thank you for letting me know 🙂 Will also try the balsamic vinegar !
oh wow! this looks fingerlicking good!!! My son loves and only eats chicken drumsticks that needs to be cooked in a certain way! THis is sure to be a winner with him.! thanks for the recipe and have a nice day
Merci pour cette recette alléchante. À quoi correspond la sauce sriracha?en France.une recette pour le dimanche à servir avec des frites maison. Bonne soirée.
Rey, Sriracha Sauce is a hot sauce (and spicy!) which you drizzle over just about any savory dish, mostly meats, hotdogs, burgers etc. I have also served these drumsticks with fries, usually on a Saturday 🙂
Je vous remercie de m'avoir répondu,j'apprécie les recettes de votre pays. Je voudrais savoir 1tb correspond à quelle mesure en France?.je vous souhaite une bonne semaine.
You are welcome, Rey ! TB is short for tablespoon or 15 milliliters therefore 1TB is one tablespoon and 2TB is two tablespoons – hope this helps 🙂
Bonjour Linda! Mon fils n'aime pas la sauce soja, alors, je voudrais savoir avec quoi je peux la remplacer? Merci
Angelique, I have used Teriyaki sauce (same quantity as Soy sauce above) instead of Soy sauce before, which works quite well with the flavor combination in this specific recipe. Worcestershire sauce can also be used, but only use half and add a teaspoon of water as well 🙂 Hope this helps !
Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful recipe at Weekend Potluck, Linda! It's always a treat when you link your recipes to the party! Have a great weekend!
WOW! These really are AMAZING! My 2 & 4 year old ate two whole drum sticks!
I am always up for an extra "bite" of spicy in with sweet!! These look delish!!!
Oh boy!! These sound soooo good, Linda!
This was our dinner tonight and it was SO GOOD!! (I used a whole cut-up chicken but same flavor combo!!)
OMG Linda. I'm in love with these drummies!
Yum!! This is definitely up my alley…I love sriracha!
Look tasty! We love chicken as well, but not sure my little one could cope with the spiciness yet (though we could!)
How delicious do these look Linda Pinned and shared
what exactly is "thick" soy sauce. Do you mix it with something to make it thick?
Tammy, we have a variety in the supermarkets in SA. I use the Staffords brand and it says "Thick Soy Sauce" on the bottle. Plain Soy Sauce does not indicate thick or thin, but any Soy Sauce will do in this recipe {replying here as your e-mail is not attached to your comment}
Looks delicious 🙂
