These BBQ Beef Baps are my go-to recipe which I make when I am in a hurry or just don’t feel like spending a lot of time in the kitchen.
It reminds a lot about the US version of what is called Sloppy Joe’s. As a matter of fact, I think it is one and the same, only a different taste – of which I have already seen hundreds !
Now and then I will make this in the morning if I have a busy afternoon and just leave it till dinner time. A quick re-heat and all is fine, the Meat does not dry out – as long as it is kept covered.
I really love this recipe because it is not too saucy, but definitely not dry. And of course, dinner (or lunch) is on the table in 20 – 25 minutes. Now that is a winner, right ?
