Leprechaun's Snack

A Quick snack for the Leprechaun's lurking around !  I have to admit, the Leprechauns at our house munched this as soon as I was done taking photos...

Ordinary marshmallows? No, add some chocolate and you have a totally different snack.

This is how easy they are to make:

Melted White Chocolate
Gold Luster Powder {the edible kind!}
Green Sugar

Lolly pop sticks
Glass {I used a normal drinking glass}
Green glass sand
Golden bow

- Insert a lolly pop stick into each marshmallow
- Dip the Marshmallow in the melted White Chocolate
- To make the green Sugar coated ones, hold over the bowl with the melted chocolate until it is no longer dripping, roll in green Sugar and place in the refrigerator
- To make the Gold Luster ones, dip the marshmallow in the melted White Chocolate, let the excess drip off and place in the refrigerator for 3 - 5 minutes until set - remove and rub Gold Luster Powder all over the chocolate coat {you can add more or less of the Luster Powder}

To finish the look I filled a glass with Green glass sand, stuck the decorated Marshmallows inside and added a golden bow to the front.

Enjoy feeding the Leprechauns!
