Nutella S'Mores

As soon as I saw this on Facebook during September I knew I have to make it... soon.  Nutella - love it, don't we all?

The time has come and I made a few! I could only manage two {..uhm, that's a first for me..}, it is absolutely heaven, but oh so sweet - exactly the type of sweet Roy and I were after today. The two of us had a nice little braai {BBQ} - just us and the 5 doggies!

I went looking for a certain piece, or I should say TYPE of wood, today. Thought I will find it easily, but no way - irony of it all is... I saw this at the Builders Market and the Plantorama, both which are within 5 minutes from our house (but in opposite directions). Nothing of the sort at any, and more, of the stores. Finally, on our way back home, my eye caught the rubbish dump, well, it is more like a mini garden refusal dump, which has been "under construction" for several months now.

When Roy saw me eyeing the dump, he said "No, no way...". Needless to say any more, I think I found the right piece there for my project which I'll share as soon as it is done. Unreal what is strewn all over the edges of this dump - I found something else as well {whink} - Roy's eyes rolling all the time, couldn't believe his wife is actually rummaging through rubbish, open sandals and all!

Let's get back to the rubbish recipe - this was shared by Simply Delicious on Facebook, which, if you follow me on FB, you might have seen, because I re-shared it on my page.

Nutella S'Mores

12 Tennis biscuits {I experimented with one, using Graham Crackers - just as delicious!}
6 Marshmallows

1.) Spread some Nutella (I used about 2 teaspoons per biscuit) on 6 of the Tennis biscuits.
2.) Place a Marshmallow in the center - microwave on high for 30 seconds (that is for 6 biscuits - add 5 seconds for each additional biscuit if you are making a larger batch).
3.) Remove from the microwave - slap a biscuit on top and press down.

That's it!  Enjoy!!
