QUICK CRUST HAWAIIAN CHICKEN PIZZA
1.) Pre-heat the oven to 200 deg C (400 deg F} – spray two standard size pizza pans with cooking oil.
2.) Mix the Flour and Salt – add the Milk and Oil – mix and knead until a firm dough has formed – divide dough in half and roll out each half on a floured base to form a circle about the size of your pan – transfer to the pans and bake for 10 minutes.
3.) Meanwhile, heat the Olive Oil in a medium pan – add the Chicken fillets and sprinkle over the Chicken Spices on all sides – cook until done – shred the cooked Fillets and keep aside.
4.) Remove the half-baked pizza crusts from the oven – spread the Tomato Sauce over – followed by the shredded Chicken – add the Pineapple pieces to the pizzas – sprinkle over the Mozzarella Cheese and Spring Onions {keep some of the Spring Onions to garnish before serving}
5.) Place back into the oven and bake another 10 – 15 minutes until the Cheese has melted and the crust is fully baked.
Garnish with extra Spring Onions and serve immediately.
