Mexican Beef with Mini Cheese Breads

Mexican Beef with Mini Cheese Breads ~ Complete Mexican dinner in no time at all ! { Recipes for both and the mini breads are no-knead ! } #MexicanRecipe #QuickBreads #MiniCheeseBreads
Today I am sharing two recipes with you. Serve them together and your dinner is all sorted !

Mexican beef with mini cheese breads are the perfect combination and you can even add some more fresh chopped chilies to the beef to give it an extra kick.

If you have any of the mini cheese breads leftover, consider packing them for a delicious lunch the following day - served with or without butter - hot or cold.

We found this very filling and I served nothing else with the beef and the mini breads, but feel free to add a crunchy, or even a fruity salad on the side.
