Mini X-MAS Fruit Cakes



You will not believe how easy this is to make !

This is not really a recipe - more an idea ... suits that quote "..drab to fab.."

What you need:

Store bought fruit cake without icing 
Fresh Cream, optional
Brandy, optional
White Chocolate 
Red and Green Cherries

Break the fruit cake into pieces, if it is a bit dry, add a little cream or brandy, until you can manage to form balls {size is up to you..!}, chill for 20 minutes.
Melt the white chocolate and pour a teaspoon or two over each of the chilled cake balls.
Decorate with the cherries before the chocolate sets.

Told you it was easy and they look much better than just a slab of fruitcake which are cut into slices!
