Tomato Basil Bread is the perfect bread to enjoy with soup ! Quick, easy and no kneading recipe. Great as a snack with butter and a slice of cheese too !

Also my favorite kind of recipe, quick, easy and delicious. You can have this freshly baked bread ready probably long before your soup is ready.

Mix, bake and serve – that’s it ! And to top it all, this Tomato Basil Bread is not only to serve with soup.

Butter alone on a hot slice is to die for delicious already. But I also like to make cheese sandwiches for lunch the following day – that is, if I have any leftover.

The Tomato Juice I use in this quick recipe is the kind you would normally use for a Bloody Mary and available in most supermarkets.

Liquor stores also keep these in stock, but make sure the brand you are buying does not contain actual liquor.
