Lemon Apple Zinger
Lemon Apple Zinger is a refreshing and zesty, non-alcoholic Apple drink and takes only minutes to make – loved by kids and adults!
[Recipe migrated from my former blog Creative and Delicious]
This Lemon Apple Zinger is a perfect thirst quencher. It is more on the sour side, so if you have picky drinkers who do not like sour drinks, try a sweeter variety of apple and add a little bit of honey to make it more sweet.
I, myself, love it the way it is – zingy and refreshing ! My hubby, on the other hand, pulled a face taking the first sip, but afterwards he also enjoyed the drink.
I use my juicer and place everything, except the Ginger unpeeled in the juicer.
It makes a lovely froth at the top, but do have a stirrer ready, as the drink do tend to break into two layers if not stirred occasionally.
