Easy Blueberry Smoothie

This is one of the easiest, quickest smoothie recipes !  It is thick and delicious, sweet with only a hint of sourness.
To make a batch takes only minutes. I’ve placed all the ingredients in the blender, left it to blitz for a minute or two, whilst dishing up our Saturday lunch and when I was done, the blender did it’s thing and I just poured.
Can’t get any easier than that, can you!


4 servings
1 1/2 cups Frozen Blueberries
1kg Vanilla Yoghurt
2 – 3 TB Honey   {depending on how sweet you prefer your smoothies}
1 cup Ice cubes
1.)  Place all the ingredients in a blender – layer the ingredients for easier blitzing.
2.)  Blitz for a minute or two – you might have to stir the mixture halfway to get everything down to the blades.
Serve and enjoy !
I think this is the easiest recipe I have made to date.  Do try to use Frozen Blueberries as you would
use less Ice and have a more fruity smoothie than a watery business.
