Crispy Provolone Salad
Crispy Provolone Salad only takes a couple of minutes to make and is perfect for when you only need a crunchy side salad to especially rich dinner (or lunch!) meals.
Here is a recipe for a quick and easy salad ! Only 3 main salad ingredients, but it is the dressing that makes this Crispy Provolone Salad so special.
Together with the distinctive Provolone cheese taste, this salad is a winner with each and every meal. Especially very rich meals.
This is perfect when you only want a light salad to accompany a rich dish. I make this at least once every two weeks as we love our rich, meaty dishes.
The crispy Provolone salad is also great with fish !
On Father’s Day we had Oxtail, which is extremely filling, but it just wouldn’t have seemed right served on it’s own.
The salad keeps well in the fridge (for a lettuce rich salad !) for up to two days after it has been made.

Sounds lovely! So easy too! Thank you! Sometimes I love just a simple salad instead of one with tons of ingredients. The homemade dressing sounds scrumptious on this one too.
