Melons are some of my favorite fruits, although I have to say that a sweet, ice-cold slice of Watermelon tops them all. Melons also do not contain lots of calories, are rich in Vitamins, consists mainly of water and only have one bad point - they contain sugar - which of course is really not that high in Melons.
That is what makes this Guilt-Free Melon great for Breakfast or as a light Dessert.
After one of these rich Wintery meals, this Melon dish is perfect for dessert afterwards. However, the really warming, chocolatey, baked goodies do also make their way to our table very regularly on a cold night ;-)
