Strawberry Jam Filled Donuts {10 minutes}

With A Blast: Strawberry Jam Filled Donuts {10 minutes!} #donuts #doughnuts #filleddonuts #strawberries #sweettreats

I love my mini donut maker ! To whip up a batch of Donuts takes minutes preparing the batter and each batch in the machine {7 at a time} takes less than 2 minutes to cook.

The plan was to add some Strawberry Jam to a Donut and then to top it with another Donut, but when I started scooping the jam into the tiny holes, it looked so good, I just left it as is with a light dusting of Icing Sugar.

Once the Donuts were cooled completely, the inside were soft and the outside had gone slightly crunchy - delicious ! But don't overdo it with the jam - these Donuts are really bite size and if you add too much jam, it might be too sweet  {.. unless you really have a sweet tooth ! }

18 mini Donuts

1 1/2 cups Flour
1 t Baking Powder
1/2 t Salt
1/2 cup Butter, softened
1 cup Sugar
2 Extra-Large Eggs
1 t Vanilla
1/2 cup Milk
Strawberry Jam
Icing Sugar, to dust   {optional}

1.) Mix the Flour, Baking Powder and Salt in a small bowl.
2.) Cream together the Butter and Sugar - add the Eggs {one-by-one} beating after each addition - add the Vanilla and Milk - beat until just combined {don't over mix}
3.) Cook according to the Donut Makers instructions {mine took under 2 minutes per batch}
4.) Remove from the Donut Maker and place on a cooling rack - scoop about 1/4 teaspoonful of Jam onto each Donut - sprinkle with Icing Sugar {if using}

Serve and Enjoy !

Ciao for now,
