Gourmet 3 Cheese Bread Rolls

I have finally lifted my jack and made something with yeast ! Yes, yeast which I am so afraid of using as I tried something many years ago. And let’s just say, it did not turn out very nice, definitely not edible and the oven was a mess.

I did not start off with just anything, but made these awesome Gourmet 3 Cheese Bread Rolls, which has a lot more than only cheeses packed into them.

I did not do the actual kneading myself, hubby did – that’s what husbands are for right ? Anyhow, he does most of the cooking and baking of whatever you see on the blog nowadays.

With me measuring ingredients, giving orders – nicely of course, and I do the final touches ending with taking photos.

Some time ago, actually a long time ago, I mentioned that I have a bread making machine, which used to be my late Dad’s.

I could never get myself to use it since he passed away in 2008, but when I wanted to make these Bread Rolls I got the machine out, all fired up to use it.

But, one problem, the little paddle thingy (not sure what it’s called) has mysteriously disappeared and I know for a fact that it was inside the machine. Together with the little recipe book.

Right, I was totally mad, but had no other choice than kneading manually, which hubby did, anyways.

We enjoyed these delicious Rolls with a simple Potato and Leek soup and had the leftovers the following day for breakfast – warmed them up a bit, with a tiny slap of butter.

Feel free to play around with the different cheeses or cheeses which you like. I had bits of leftovers of the Cheddar, Parmesan and Mozzarella in the refrigerator.
