I did the unthinkable a day or two ago ! I weighed myself ! Bad, bad thing to do this early in January 🙁 Or maybe I actually need a real wake-up call.
All the recipes in this round-up are favorites of mine, and I checked the blog thoroughly. If you do decide to have a look at more recipes in my recipe tab, you most probably will find many, many more which are healthy and low in fat, but for the moment I personally am going to start off with these recipes.
I have included something for just about any meal, from breakfast right down to dinner recipes (desserts included ! ). The few recipes which needs grilling, do not specifically need to be done on the BBQ – I use my George Foreman grill for most of them, and you can also bake them.
