Lemon Apple Zinger

Refreshing and zesty Apple drink !

This Lemon Apple Zinger is a perfect thirst quencher. It is more on the sour side, so if you have picky drinkers who do not like sour drinks, try a sweeter variety of apple and add a little bit of honey to make it more sweet.

I, myself, love it the way it is - zingy and refreshing ! My hubby, on the other hand, pulled a face taking the first sip, but afterwards he also enjoyed the drink.

I used my juicer and placed everything, except the Ginger unpeeled in the juicer.

It makes a lovely froth at the top, but do have a stirrer ready, as the drink do tend to break into two layers if not stirred occasionally.
