chopped, to taste
Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 200 deg C (400 deg F) – line 2 baking sheets with baking paper
Mix together the Flour, Salt, Water and Egg White – knead 5 minutes until smooth and elastic
Break into 8 balls – thinly roll out – oval, round or however you like
Place onto the prepared baking sheets – brush with the extra Egg White – sprinkle with Sea Salt and Rosemary
Bake 8 – 10 minutes until bubbles form and is golden
