Pre-heat oven to 180 deg C (350 deg F) – spray a smallish bundt pan with cooking oil (larger pan will also do)
Mix all the ingredients, except Custard and extra Cinnamon, in a medium mixing bowl – beating on low – pour into prepared bundt pan and cover tightly with aluminum foil
Place bundt pan in a roast pan – add boiling water to reach up to the top of the batter in the bundt pan – or close enough
Bake 45 minutes – remove from the oven – carefully remove the aluminum foil {watch out for the steam escaping} – let rest 10 minutes – turn out onto a serving plate
