Hard Boiled Eggs
mashed

cup
Mayonnaise
Salt and Black Pepper
to taste

Savory Mini Pie Shells
(homemade or store-bought)
Paprika
to sprinkle
Extra Black Pepper
to sprinkle (optional)
Chives
chopped, to garnish (optional)
Instructions
Add the Mayonnaise to the mashed Eggs – stir well to combine – season to taste with Salt and Pepper – chill for 1 hour
Fill each Pie Shell with the Egg mixture – sprinkle over Paprika and extra Black Pepper (if using)
Garnish with Chives (if using) and transfer to a serving plate
