Instructions
SALAD:
Toss together the Apple, Pineapple, Celery, Tomatoes, Cucumber and Lettuce in a large mixing bowl – transfer to a salad serving dish
DRESSING:
Combine the Caster Sugar, Vinegar, Oil, Sour Cream and Poppy Seeds until creamy – let stand for 5 minutes – drizzle over the salad
