250gCream Cheeseplain, softened (the softer kind in the tub) ( 8 oz )
½boxStrawberry Instant Pudding( 1/2 from a 4 serving size box )
⅓cupIcing Sugar
2TBMilk
150gWhite Chocolate( 5 oz )
Sprinkles(optional)
Instructions
Beat together the Cream Cheese and the Instant Pudding – add the Icing Sugar and beat until smooth
Add the Milk and beat another minute – place tablespoonfuls on a lined plate – cover and place filling in the refrigerator for an hour
Roll each filling piece into a ball (it won’t be perfect round balls) – Melt the White Chocolate and dip the Strawberry Cream Cheese balls in the melted Chocolate – sprinkle with Sprinkles if using
