Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 180 deg C (350 deg F) – spray a large oven dish {with a cover} with cooking oil
Place the Beef, Onions, Carrots and Bread Crumbs in the prepared oven dish
Mix together all the ingredients from the Whole Cloves through {and including} the Sugar in a mixing bowl – pour over the Beef and Vegetables in the oven dish – cover and bake 1 1/2 hours
Remove dish from the oven – add the Mushrooms and Extra Red Wine – give it a gentle stir through – cover and bake another 1 hour
Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with Parsley
