Making your own Onion Dip from scratch is EASY and so much tastier and fresher than pre-mixes or ready made dips ~ suitable for chips, biscuits and crudites
Heat the Oil in a small pan – saute the Onion until golden – add the Garlic and stir-fry another minute or two – remove from the heat
Add the Worcestershire Sauce, Mustard, Soy Sauce, Salt and Pepper to the hot Onions – stir to combine and transfer to a medium mixing bowl – let cool completely
Add the Sour Cream once the Onion mixture is cold and stir well to combine – cover and chill for 2 hours to thicken
