lightly beaten

cup
Fresh Breadcrumbs

Fish Sauce

TB
Red Curry Paste
Salt and Pepper
to taste

Spring Onions
finely chopped

Garlic, Ginger and Dhania Paste

Vegetable Oil
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients except the Oil – roll into small balls (or you can drop tablespoonfuls into the Oil)
Fry the Nuggets in the Oil over medium heat until done (about 5 minutes, turning over once)
