sliced or diced (10 oz)

Fresh Parsley
finely chopped
Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 180 deg C (350 deg F) – Spray a 20 x 30cm ( 8 x 12 inch ) oven dish with cooking oil
Sift together the Flour, Mustard Powder and Salt in a large mixing bowl – add the Butter and mix until crumbly
Beat the Milk and Eggs together – add to the Flour mixture – stir well
Add the Onion, Cheddar and Ham to the mixture – mix until well combined – transfer to the prepared oven dish – sprinkle the Parsley on top
Bake for 1 hour or until puffed and golden brown
Notes
Once out of the oven the puff will go down a little
