Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 230 deg C (450 deg F) – spray a 20 x 20cm ( 8" x 8" ) oven dish with cooking spray
Place the Butter in the oven dish and into the oven until the Butter has melted
Mix together the Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder and Salt – add the Buttermilk and mix well (the dough is very sticky)
Drop large spoonfuls of dough onto the melted Butter – bake 20 – 25 minutes
