Camembert Wheel
unwrapped

extra-virgin Olive Oil

Rosemary sprigs
whole

Ginger Cookies
roughly chopped

Almond slivers
toasted

Rosemary
fresh, chopped

Honey
Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 180 deg C ( 350 deg F ) - Rub the Camembert Cheese with the Olive Oil
Place the Camembert on a ( baking paper lined ) baking tray and top with the whole sprigs Rosemary - bake around 7 minutes until the center is soft
Remove from the oven and discard the Rosemary sprigs
Transfer the baked Camembert to a serving tray - top with the Ginger cookie crumles, toasted Almonds and chopped Rosemary
Drizzle over the Honey and serve immediately
Notes
Whilst the Camembert is baking, prepare the toppings - your appetizer will be ready within 10 minutes !
