Lemon Juice

Vegetable Oil

Chinese 5 Spice

Chicken Fillets
deboned, skinned breasts (halved to make 6 thin pieces)

Ccucumber
pitted and julienned

Avocados
thinly sliced, drizzled with a little Lemon Juice
½
cup
Cilantro Leaves
chopped

large Tortillas

cup
Sweet Chili Sauce
for dipping (your favorite brand will do)
Instructions
Combine the Lemon Juice, Honey, Oil and Chinese 5 Spice - pour over the Chicken and marinade for 30 minutes in the refrigerator, turning once or twice
Remove the Chicken from the refrigerator and let stand 15 minutes at room temperature
Cook the Chicken in a griddle pan until done, slice into thin strips
Divide the Chicken and the remaining ingredients in 6 and place in the center of the Tortillas, roll up and serve with the Sweet Chili Sauce
