or Ice Blocks

Cognac
I like to use Hennesy VS ( 1.5 fl oz )
½
cup
Mango Puree
or a good thick juice, 100% Mango
½
teaspoon
Cilantro
chopped

teaspoon
Lemon Juice
freshly squeezed
¼
cup
Ginger Ale

sprig Cilantro
to garnish, optional
Instructions
Place the Ice in a Cocktail shaker
Add the Cognac, Mango, chopped Cilantro and Lemon Juice - shake until well combined and transfer to a tall serving glass
Top with Ginger Ale and garnish with a sprig of Cilantro (if using)
Serve immediately
Notes
Feel free to use less ice and more Ginger Ale
If preferred the Cognac can be doubled
