50milliliterStrawberry flavored Gin( 1.7 fl oz ), I like Beefeater Gin
125milliliterStrawberry Juice( 4.22 fl oz )
2Fresh Strawberriessliced
300milliliterPink Tonic Water( 10 fl z )
Mint and Fresh Strawberriesto garnish
Instructions
Fill a gin Copa glass 1/3 with ice (see note re glass)
Pour over the Strawberry flavored Gin
Add the Strawberry Juice and the fresh sliced Strawberries
Fill with Pink Tonic Water and give the cocktail a swirl to mix
Garnish with Mint and a fresh Strawberry and serve immediately

A gin Copa glass is a balloon shaped, large glass with a stem, very much the same as a red wine glass.You can use any glass large enough to hold approximately 680 milliliters (or 23 fluid ounce)
