1can410 g Green Beans, drained and rinsed (15.8 oz)
Small bunch Spring Onionsfinely chopped
2TBRed Thai Curry Paste
1can400 g Coconut Milk, (14.4 fl oz)
1tCaster Sugarsuperfine sugar
1TBFish Sauce
Salt and Black Pepperto taste
Instructions
Cook the Beef in the Oil over high heat until loose and brown – add the Red Bell Pepper, Green Beans and Spring Onions – stir-fry 3 minutes – add the Red Curry Paste and the Coconut Milk – stir to combine and cook 10 minutes without a lid, until thickened and the sauce has reduced (see note below)
Stir in the Caster Sugar, Fish Sauce and season to taste with Salt and Black Pepper
