Instructions
In a large pot or skillet (with a lid) cook the Bacon until crispy - remove, let cool, crumble (or chop roughly) and set aside.
Add all the remaining ingredients to the same pot/skillet - reduce the heat to low, cover and cook 20 - 25 minutes, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat and add the Bacon - stir through and transfer to a serving dish.
