can 765 grams Apple Pie Filling
( 21 oz )

box White Cake Mix
( 16.5 oz ), (or Yellow cake mix)

extra-large Eggs

cup
Vegetable OIl

Chopped Walnuts

Light Brown Sugar

Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 180 deg C (350 deg F) - spray a 23 x 33cm (9 x 13 inch) baking dish with cooking oil
Using a large mixing bowl empty the canned Apple Pie Filling - use a spoon to rougly slice pieces smaller (see notes)
Add Cake Mix, Eggs and Oil - beat a minute until well blended. Spread batter in baking dish
In a small bowl mix together the Walnuts, Sugar and Cinnamon - sprinkle over the batter
Bake 40 - 45 minutes or until golden brown on top.
Cool in baking dish at least 15 minutes before serving
Notes
I slice the apple segments fairly small and with the beating it creates a delicious dense, moist cake
Serve with whipped cream, ice-cream or custard ( warm or cold is just as delicious)
