(heaped spoonfuls)

Instructions
Heat the Coconut Milk in a medium saucepan
Mix the Cocoa Powder with the Water to form a paste – add to the Coconut Milk together with the Vanilla and Sugar
Heat through – pour into tall serving glasses and top with Marshmallows
