1can400g Cream of Mushroom Soup, ( 14 oz )
1can400g Cream of Chicken Soup, ( 14 oz )
1 ½cupsMozzarella Cheesegrated
Instructions
Cook the Bacon until crispy in a large skillet – remove with a slotted spoon and keep aside
Season the Chicken with Salt and Pepper – Using the same skillet and bacon drippings, cook the Chicken until done – remove and keep aside – drain the liquid from the skillet
Melt the Butter (same skillet) – saute the Mushrooms until soft – add the Spring Onions – fry another 1 minute – add the Wine (if using) and both cans of soup – stir to combine
Add the Chicken and 3/4 of the Bacon – heat over medium heat
Add the Mozzarella Cheese – stir and cook until the Cheese has melted and is bubbly
