Gooey Oreo crust with a soft Funfetti cake topping, (made from a cake mix) and frosted with a creamy White Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting ! Superb sweet treat
Pre-heat the oven to 180 deg C (350 deg F) – spray a 20 x 30cm ( 8 x 12 inch ) oven dish or cake pan with cooking oil
Combine the Oreo cookies and the melted Butter – press onto the bottom of the prepared dish/pan
Place the Cake mix in a mixing bowl, add the Water, Oil and Eggs and whisk into a batter - transfer to the prepared oven dish or cake pan and bake 30 minutes or until a tester comes out clean
Remove from the oven – let cool completely in the dish/pan
Meanwhile, prepare the Frosting – Beat together the Cream Cheese and Vanilla – melt the White Chocolate and slowly add to the Cream Cheese whilst beating continuously – add the Icing Sugar and beat until smooth
Frost the baked cake, sprinkle over the Sprinkles and cut into bars
