3Frozen Pizza Bases(or make your own recipe) each 30 cm ( 12 inches ) in diameter
1TBVegetable Oilto fry
1Onionchopped
1Green Bell Pepperchopped
1Red Bell Pepperchopped
450grLean Ground Beef1 pound
Salt and Black Pepperto taste
3TBTomato Paste
1tSugar
2tPaprika
⅛tCayenne Pepper
1 ½tdried Oregano
¾cupThick Tomato Sauceketchup
¾cupMozzarellagrated
½cupCheddar Cheesegrated – to top
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 200 deg C (400 deg F) – Line 2 baking sheets with baking paper
Saute the Onion, Red and Green Bell Peppers in a little Oil until soft – add the Ground Beef and cook until done – season to taste with the Salt and Pepper
Add the Tomato Paste, Sugar, Paprika, Cayenne Pepper and Oregano to the meat mixture – stir well and simmer 3 – 5 minutes
Spread the Tomato Sauce on the Pizza bases – place on the prepared baking sheets – sprinkle over the Mozzarella – add meat mixture to each Pizza and sprinkle over Cheddar Cheese
Bake 15 – 20 minutes until the bases are done and the Cheddar has melted
