Juicy delicious Italian Meatball Sliders with melted Mozzarella topping ! So good to serve on Game Day or for lunch and great as a light dinner as well
Pre-heat the oven to 200 deg C (400 deg F) – spray a large oven dish with cooking oil
Combine the Beef, Breadcrumbs, Italian Herbs, 1/4 cup Pasta Sauce and the Salt in a mixing bowl – shape into 2.5 cm {1 inch} meatballs – place on the prepared oven dish and bake 25 – 30 minutes or until done, turning over after 15 minutes
Heat the Olive Oil – saute the Green Pepper and Onion until soft – add the baked meatballs together with the remaining Pasta Sauce – simmer 5 minutes
Scoop 3 meatballs into each Roll – spoon a little sauce over and top with Mozzarella Cheese
Place under the grill element of the oven until the Cheese has melted
