Parsley
chopped
Instructions
Place the Vegetable Stock, Water and Rice in a saucepan or rice cooker -cover - bring to the boil - reduce heat and simmer 18 - 20 minutes until done
Combine all the remaining ingredients, except the Parsley, and stir through the cooked Rice
Transfer Rice to a serving dish and sprinkle over the Parsley - serve warm
