Pre-heat the oven to 200 deg C (400 deg F) – spray a mini muffin pan with cooking oil
Heat the Oil in a medium pan – add the Ground Beef, Onion and Garlic until the Beef is done and the Garlic soft – remove from heat and drain if necessary
Stir in the Chili Powder, Cumin, Salt and Pepper, Peppadew Sauce and Cheddar Cheese
Unroll the Short Crust Pastry and roll out a little thinner – using a round cutter (twice the size of the muffin holes) and cut out 12 rounds of Pastry – press into the mini muffin pan
Fill the Pastry cups with the Beef mixture
Using a smaller cutter, cut out 12 rounds {size of the top of the muffin holes} – top each filled cup and pinch together the edges of the Pastry cups and the tops – sprinkle with Paprika (if using)
Bake 15 – 18 minutes or until golden
