large (approx 200g/7 oz each) halved and flattened to 1cm (10mm)

low-fat, plain, softened

Picante Sauce

Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 180 deg C (350 deg F) – spray an oven dish with cooking oil
Spread 1 1/2 tablespoons of Cream Cheese over each halved Chicken Fillet
Scoop 1 1/2 tablespoons of Picante Sauce over and spread gently
Sprinkle the Parsley/Cilantro over and roll up the Chicken starting from the narrow side
Combine the Breadcrumbs, Italian Herbs, Salt and Pepper in a large bowl or on a plate
Roll the Chicken in the mixture – secure with toothpicks
Place, seam side down, on the prepared oven dish – bake 30 – 35 minutes or until fully cooked
