Cauliflower Florets
fresh ( 16 oz )

large Onion
chopped

Butter

TB
Vegetable Oil
Salt and Pepper
to taste
Instructions
Cook the Cauliflower in lightly salted water for about 8 minutes – drain and keep aside
Heat the Butter and Oil in a medium skillet – saute the Onion until soft and golden brown – add the Cauliflower and stir-fry for 2 – 3 minutes
Season to taste with Salt and Pepper
