Instructions
Toss together all the ingredients for the
SALAD
in a large mixing bowl
Mix all the ingredients for the
MARINADE/DRESSING
until well combined
Pour over the Salad ingredients – chill covered at least 8 hours before serving (remember to stir through every now and then)
Transfer to a serving bowl and serve
