– 2 TB Lemon Juice

large Chicken Fillets
cooked, sliced

peeled, stoned, sliced

Instructions
Combine the Mayonnaise and Chili Flakes – leave to stand 15 minutes
Sprinkle the Lemon Juice over the Avocado slices to prevent discoloration
Divide the Avocado, Chicken, Mango and Arugula between the 6 Tortillas – drizzle over the Chili Mayonnaise and roll up
Notes
Serve immediately or keep chilled for up to 3 hours in a sealed container
